“Bahamas Drinking Age”
The legal age for consumption of alcoholic beverages in the Bahamas is 18
years of age. You should be aware, however, that enforcement of the drinking
age is very weak. It's easy for teenagers to obtain alcoholic beverages,
frequent nightclubs, and bars making the Bahamas a popular destination for
college spring break parties. In Nassau, most of the nightclubs, bars and
even cafes advertise Spring Break Parties where hordes of young college students
meet to celebrate and blow off some steam.
